With tailift design and manufacturing facilities established in the UK since 1987, DEL Equipment (UK) Limited has the expertise and experience to provide you with the complete tailift solution.
In April 2008 DEL become part of the multi-national company Cargotec Corporation (www.cargotec.com), following the purchase of DEL's parent company, the USA registered company Militello Holdings Inc.
DEL is now part of the "Tailift Division", within the Hiab division of Cargotec. The tailift division includes Zepro (Sweden), Waltco (USA), Focolift (Finland) and AMA (Poland), making it the largest tailift supplier in the world.
From its 64,000 square foot factory in Witney, Oxfordshire, DEL manfactures and supplies more tailifts for commercial vehicles than any other UK manufacturer.
The intercompany sharing of design and production engineering skills, greatly enhanced with common 3D design software, has led to an acceleration of innovative and cost effective ideas, driving DEL to the forefront of product reliability and value.
