As we know that downtime of vehicles is hugely expensive, we strive towards making sure that if you do ever encounter an issue with our products, down time is minimised.

Should you require any parts for your tail lift, we have an excellent parts department based at our factory in Witney. With parts readily available, we are able to get your replacement goods to you the next working day. We even offer  timed services and saturday morning deliveries if urgently required. After all, we are here to look after you.

If any breakdowns occur within the warranty period, we aim to have a fully trained engineer with you within 90 minutes or sooner. We are able to achieve this by utilising our strategically placed trained and approved service agents across the UK. This ensures that wherever you are, you are covered.
